- Is it really one payment?
- Yes. Founders tiers are a single payment with no renewal. Couples pay once for their wedding; planners on a founders tier keep their access for life, including every tool we add later.
- What if we postpone the wedding?
- Nothing happens. Your workspace has no expiry date, so a moved date, a longer engagement or a second celebration abroad all sit inside the same pass.
- Do printed cards cost extra?
- The designs, downloads and print-ready files are all included. You only ever pay your own printer, or the print partner you choose at checkout.
- Can a planner add seats later?
- Yes. Planner Lifetime can add extra seats at the standard seat price, or upgrade to Studio by paying the difference.
- What happens when the founders places run out?
- Pricing moves to the standard list prices shown below the tiers. Founders keep their rate permanently — it never increases.
- Can I get a refund?
- If the tools aren't right for your wedding, email us within 30 days of your payment and we'll refund you in full.
